Section 122 stopgap tariff expires
The 10% stopgap that replaced parts of the struck-down IEEPA regime reached its statutory end. Entries under both regimes need a legal-basis review — the rate on your next shipment may differ from your last.

De minimis is gone — every parcel pays formal entry
Since August 2025, sub-$800 shipments no longer enter duty-free. Companies that built costing on de minimis are carrying a hidden per-parcel duty and brokerage line.

How accurate is the estimate?
It applies the current average effective duty stack for your origin — base rate plus the special tariffs in force — to your values, with MPF, HMF, and typical brokerage. Your exact figure depends on your HTS classification; for most planning purposes the estimate is within a few points, and it always beats costing off the FOB price alone.
